The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner • Maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service delivery • Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns • Meet service targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience Requirements Requirements • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role • Previous call centre experience is highly preferred • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
