Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide speech therapy sessions to children and adolescents

Collaborate with staff and contribute to a multidisciplinary treatment team

Complete documentation in accordance with program standards and guidelines

Provide consultation and support to staff as needed
- →
Maintain compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and professional standards
Requirements

Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New York State

Certification as a NYS Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH)

Direct clinical experience with children and adolescents

Ability to integrate effectively into a treatment team and collaborate across disciplines

Completion of required onboarding forms, background checks, and health clearances (including PPD/TB test and flu vaccine)
