• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in supply chain
• Direct involvement in at least one full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts, including supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution

• →Lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 alongside third party system implementors
• →Identify and apply industry best practices to develop practical business solutions
• →Collaborate with business process leaders to define and document essential business requirements
• →Perform gap analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications
• →Provide comprehensive training across all organizational levels to ensure user confidence and system adoption
• →Facilitate testing cycles within the SDLC (e.g., SIT, UAT, and Cutover) and address any issues to ensure a smooth system go-live
• →Support clients with data migration, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the implementation process
• →Strong fundamental knowledge of ITACs, ITGCs, and SOX Controls
