As a Daily Property Adjuster, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate inspections and exceptional service to policyholders while maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site inspections of residential properties to assess wind, storm, water, and related damages
→
Document findings thoroughly with photos, measurements, and detailed field notes
→
Prepare clear, accurate estimates using Xactimate
→
Maintain professional communication with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives
→
Manage claim files in alignment with carrier guidelines and industry best practices
→
Deliver a positive, professional experience for policyholders from first contact through file completion

Requirements

Property claims experience preferred
Experience with Xactimate
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to perform field inspections, including roof access and navigating damaged structures
Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and standard adjusting equipment
