We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one clinical care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pediatric seizure management.

Responsibilities

→Seizure Management: Monitoring and intervention for epilepsy; proven pediatric seizure experience is required.
→G-Tube Care: Administration of scheduled feedings and medications via Gastrostomy tube.
→Ostomy Care: Routine management and maintenance of an ostomy bag.
→Assessment: Continuous monitoring of respiratory and neurological status

7:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Monday
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM- Wednesday
7:00 PM to 11:00 PM- Wednesday & Sunday
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM- Thursday

Responsibilities

→Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
→Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
→Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
→Communicate with families and care teams
→Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
Day, night, and weekend shifts
Weekly pay + optional daily pay

Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Pediatrics (birth–21 years)
Adults with complex medical needs
