1. →Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
2. →TBI + SCI rehabilitation
3. →Pediatrics / Adults
4. →Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training available)
5. →Gastrostomy tube care
6. →Dispensing medications
7. →Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
8. →Report any changes
9. →Document observed changes
10. →Communicates effectively with Clinical team to increase optimal outcomes
11. →Maintains professional nature within the home setting

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions 
3. Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software
4. Current state license as an RN or LPN
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
6. Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
7. Current flu vaccine
8. CPR certified
