Experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster

Cenveo is the leading North American manufacturer of envelopes with over 100 years of experience and approximately 30 billion envelopes manufactured annually. Cenveo is hiring immediately for Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters in the Chicopee, MA location on multiple shifts. Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters will demonstrate mastery of envelope machine setup, troubleshooting, changeovers, and the ability to fully operate multiple machine types. Maintain production capacity, achieve output per shift, maintain peak performance, and consistently meet established safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Requires prior envelope manufacturing experience and advanced mechanical and problem-solving abilities. Pay & Schedule * $25/hr or higher depending on experience + 2nd & 3rd shift premiums * 1st shift: 7am -- 3pm * 2nd shift : 3pm -- 11pm / $1/hr shift premium * 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am / $2/hr shift premium * Monday - Friday with Saturday as needed * Shift availability is subject to change What You'll Do * Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines * Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs * Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime * Inspect product quality and minimize waste * Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement * Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely What You Need * 7+ years envelope machine adjusting experience * Advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills on envelope machines (627s, 102s, etc) * Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances * Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable Physical Requirements * Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs * Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue * Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYERPlease refer to the above description.
