End User Technology (EUT) – Services Engineer, US

Technology plays a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our employees and customers. We're looking for a senior, proactive and customer-focused End User Technology (EUT) Services Engineer to act as the U.S. go-to resource for desktop support and end-user technology services. 

This role will provide hands-on support while also helping implement the global EUT strategy across the U.S. region. The role holder will identify regional technology needs, operational nuances and user experience challenges, translating these insights into practical, bespoke service improvements that support the way U.S. teams work. 

As CFC continues to grow in the U.S., this role will play an important part in ensuring desktop support, workplace technology and end-user services remain scalable, responsive and aligned to business needs. You'll work closely with global EUT Services, EUT Engineering, Platform Operations, Security and Technology Operations teams to ensure consistent standards while tailoring solutions to the local operating environment. 

The role is expected to be onsite a minimum of four days per week, with flexibility to work remotely one day per week subject to business requirements.
