• →You will build relationship with the provider to anticipate their needs to save time.
• →You will open the lab for your team, prepare rooms for patients, print out the schedule and huddle with providers in the morning.
• →You will take patients to the treatment room, get their vitals and reason for the appointment.
• →You will perform blood draws, injections, and other lab tests.
• →You will prepare rooms for procedures.
• →You will process prior authorizations, medial assistant orders, scheduling patients, lab results, medication refills, and stock patient rooms.
• →At the end of the day, you will close the pod labs, sterilize the rooms and instruments, and prepare for the next day.
• →You get to serve your community – you are here for the patients, and they are very grateful.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program with over 100 hours of hands-on externship experience.
  • Two (2+) years recent experience a Medical Assistant in lieu of school
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with patients. Always be respectful.
• Strong communication skills – proactively ask for help, etc.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
