Provide high quality dental care that is culturally appropriate, and prevention focused. Serves as a leader on the dental team contributing to the smooth, efficient, operation of the team, the Site and the Organization. 

Education and Experience: 

1. →

   Graduation from an approved School of Dentistry.

2. →

   Possession of a current license to practice dentistry in the State of Colorado. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

1. →Ability to diagnose and treat dental and oral disease.
2. →Working knowledge of the principles, standard practices methods, and techniques of dentistry.
3. →Knowledge of preventative dentistry, risk-based care, and educational/communication methodologies utilized in prevention.
4. →Skill in oral operative techniques and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff.
5. →Ability to work in a team-based care environment required.
6. →Understanding and application of practices and principles of quality improvement (QI) preferred.
7. →Sensitivity to low income and ethnic minority community a must.
8. →Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

What we Offer
CFHW is an approved site for the Colorado Health Service Corps and National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Programs. Providers who meet program eligibility requirements may receive up to $120,000 in loan repayment assistance for serving our communities.

Compensation
Approximately $63.05 - $75.20/ hour. The posted range represents the full salary range for this position. Starting pay is based on factors such as directly related experience, education, licensure and/or certification, and internal equity.
