Responsibilities

→ Oversee all phases of construction projects from bidding and pre-construction through closeout
→ Develop scopes of work, estimates, budgets, schedules, and timelines for project execution
→Manage public bid requirements, project compliance, documentation, and agency coordination
→ Proactively identify and communicate project risks, scheduling concerns, cost impacts, and opportunities for improved efficiency
→Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track
→Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders
→Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
