Office/Operations Manager

Titan Factory Direct is looking for a detail-oriented Office/Operations Manager who thrives on structure, accuracy, and follow-through. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, managing processes, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

  Manage daily office operations for a busy home sales center

• →

  Coordinate contracts, loan processing, and customer files

• →

  Schedule contractors, deliveries, and installations

• →

  Process invoices and maintain accurate records

• →

  Communicate with customers, lenders, manufacturers, and vendors

• →

  Keep projects moving from contract to closing

• Office management or operations experience required

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Experience with invoicing, finance, or loan processing preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
