Transportation Warranty Analyst

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton office.

As a Transportation Warranty Analyst you will work closely with our Safety, Shop and Warehouse team to manage complete and accurate processing of warranty claims. You will be expected to contribute to the operational efficiency of the Service Department. The incumbent will also be responsible to analyze transaction history in our system, reconcile and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• →3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or insurance industries is an asset.
• →Strong analytical skills is preferred.
• →Experience with claims management systems and processes would be considered as an asset.
• →Knowledge of commercial vehicle operations and equipment types.
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• →Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
