We are seeking highly motivated applicants with a passion for the fitness industry to join our fun and fulfilling Membership Sales Team.

You should have the following background and experience:

• You excel in developing strong customer relationships with club members as well as generating new business.
• You possess clear communication and phone presentation skills.
• You have a passion for sales and also have polished sales presentation skills and closing techniques from a minimum of two years previous sales experience. 
• You are an ambitious, driven and goal-oriented team player who enjoys healthy competition and has a strong determination to succeed.
• You enjoy networking and feel confident generating new business within the community. You will commit to attending monthly Chamber and neighborhood events.
• You have a clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and clubs' services and are happy to be a resource to other departments by assisting with club related questions and/or concerns.

It is also essential that you:

• Can learn and successfully navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and Sharepoint. 
• Can efficiently tour prospective members and/or guests through CAC facilities.
• Can stand for extended periods of time (up to two hours at company outreach events.)
• Can lift up to fifteen pounds.
