3–5 years of quality control experience in custodial, facilities, or a similar service environment
A valid driver's license (held 3+ years) and comfort with frequent travel
Sharp analytical skills and the confidence to read and apply complex contract requirements
A collaborative, positive attitude — and genuine respect for the people you'll serve
