• 3 years of experience in a legal, regulatory, and/or healthcare environment with direct experience in understanding and implementing government regulations

• 1-2 years experience in a academic medical center or complex health system with pediatric healthcare experience preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field required

• No professional certifications required

• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance, investigation, auditing, and monitoring concepts
• Familiarity with healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance risks
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and compliance incident management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Customer-service mindset and collaborative approach

• →Support compliance monitoring and auditing activities, including data collection and analysis
• →Track corrective action plans and follow up with stakeholders
• →Assist with investigations, including research and documentation
• →Maintain compliance records, files, and databases
• →Support compliance reporting and dashboard preparation
• →Assist with responses to regulatory or audit inquiries and other compliance communications
• →Coordinate logistics and udpates for compliance training and initiatives
• →Participate in special projects and process improvement efforts
• →Provide general operational support to the compliance program
