• Five years of experience in postgraduate social work
• Practiced at least 2,000 clock hours over a minimum of two years following clinical social work licensure

• Three years of experience in a pediatric medical setting

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited graduate school

• Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Must be able to successfully pass the Basic Windows Skill Assessment at 80% or higher rating within 30 days of employment
• Ability to work as part of interdisciplinary team
• Knowledge of age-appropriate treatment and practice
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• →Coordinates the ongoing process of social work service delivery to patients and families, incorporating age-related and developmental-specific requirements.
• →Provides back-up clinical care to patients and families to assist with caseload management.
• →Demonstrates fiscal responsibility and accountability by overseeing budget preparation and monthly budget oversight for cost center and donor funds.
• →Manages the performance and utilization of staff for effective and efficient services.
• →Participates in the performance improvement process for the department, including responsibility for accreditation readiness.
• →Supervises and coordinates social work student education.

Participates in professional development activities for direct and indirect reports.

• →Manages daily operations of the Social Work program for the system.
