• →Maintain the high-standard for guest service through personal behavior and leadership
• →Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends
• →Ensure staff members are trained and knowledgeable with proper binding DIN setting practices
• →Ensure staff members are trained and knowledgeable with regard to proper boot fitting
• →Ensure pricing is accurate and current, including any promotions
• →Maintain store cleanliness standards
• →Assist the store manager in monitoring and controlling the payroll budget
• →Assist store manager in hiring, training, coaching, leading and maintaining a high-quality staff
• →Assist store manager in administering company policies and procedures
• →Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
• →Prepare, distribute and maintain company-required documentation
• →Open and close store as required in absence of manager
• →Other duties as may be assigned

• Strong ski and/or snowboard background
• Prior leadership experience in ski / snowboard rental operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task
• Experienced with POS systems preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds

Budgeted range starts at: $22-$26/hour + Commission. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
