About the Role

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive Procurement and/or Supply Chain experience.
Minimum of 3 years of category management experience within Packaging Procurement.
Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies, leading supplier negotiations, and delivering cost, quality, and service improvements.
Strong proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
Advanced data analytics and reporting capabilities using Power BI and related visualization tools.
Demonstrated AI literacy and experience leveraging AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity, analytics, decision-making, and procurement processes.
APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or CPM certification preferred.

What We Offer

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,200-185,400. This position is also eligible for bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
