• .NET Expertise: extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in high-volume, production systems.
• Backend Development: advanced hands-on experience designing and building back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• APIs & Integration: strong background implementing and evolving SOAP and RESTful services, including versioning, security, and best practices.
• Data & Persistence: deep understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• XML: proficiency in XML serialization/deserialization for integrations and data exchange.
• Software Design: strong command of software design patterns, clean architecture principles, and engineering best practices.
• Testing & Reliability: experience designing unit and integration tests, troubleshooting complex issues, and performing root-cause analysis to ensure reliability.
• Communication: effective communication skills and resilience in fast-paced, multicultural teams.
• Language: advanced English proficiency (all communication conducted in English).

• →Design, build, and maintain complex back-end services in C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• →Implement and evolve SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring consistent standards for versioning, security, performance, and documentation.
• →Ensure service reliability through unit and integration testing, proactive troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of production incidents.
• →Collaborate on integrations between multiple systems and services, applying appropriate software design patterns and architectural principles.
• →Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
• →Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and applying improvements to existing solutions.
• →Contribute to CI/CD workflows and best practices to enhance development efficiency, quality, and deployment consistency.
