Role Purpose Translate client business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, from requirements through configuration and adoption. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements. Map sales, service, and customer processes. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards, and approval processes. Write user stories and support solution design. Conduct workshops, demos, testing, and user training. Work with technical teams on customizations and integrations. Requirements Required Skills Salesforce configuration, Flow, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions. Strong CRM process knowledge across sales and service. Requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and documentation. Testing, UAT, training, and strong client-facing communication. Preferred Salesforce Administrator. Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant. Platform App Builder.
