Data Measurement & Reporting Senior Advisor - Evernorth Health Services - Remote

The Data Measurement & Reporting Senior Advisor is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving data processes that support retail network client custom pricing files and associated reporting. This role requires strong technical expertise and business acumen to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of critical pricing data. The Senior Advisor serves as a key partner across Retail Network clients, Account Management, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams-translating complex data into actionable insights and ensuring high-quality client deliverables. This position combines advanced SQL development with direct client and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• →Lead and execute quality assurance processes for retail network client custom pricing files, ensuring accuracy and reliability of all deliverables
• →Perform ongoing maintenance, validation, and reconciliation of pricing file data to ensure completeness and integrity
• →Write, modify, and optimize advanced SQL queries to support complex data analysis, reporting, and ad hoc client requests
• →Independently develop and enhance SQL logic to manage large and complex datasets within enterprise data environments
• →Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues that could impact pricing accuracy or client deliverables
• →Proactively implement controls and preventative measures to improve data quality and reduce risk
• →Design, maintain, and improve automated processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and turnaround times
• →Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Contracting, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams to research and resolve inquiries
• →Partner with internal and external stakeholders to communicate data insights clearly and effectively
• →Managing the quality assurance process for the retail network client's custom pricing files
• →Perform weekly maintenance on pricing file data to support internal partners and ensure pricing data is accurate and complete
• →Develop standardized SQL logic to support ad hoc data inquiries
• →Collaborate with contracting to help research inquiries to support the retail network/PBM relationship
• →Maintain and develop standardized automated processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness
• →Identify data issues that could potentially impact the accuracy of the pricing files
• →Develop preventative measures to ensure data issues are addressed

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare/managed care (preferably within Rx/PBM operations) with direct responsibility for data analysis and reporting
• Advanced SQL expertise, with demonstrated ability to write complex queries from scratch and modify existing logic across large-scale datasets
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of ownership, including the ability to independently validate and QA work to ensure data accuracy
• Experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing role, with the ability to communicate complex data concepts in a clear and actionable way
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
• Experience working with large datasets using tools such as SQL, Teradata, and Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
