Encore - Performance Program Support

This is an ENCORE position. You must be a retired former Cigna employee to be eligible for this role. This is a part time role.
Provide part-time operational and program support, up to 12 hours per week, for enterprise Performance programs and processes, with a focus on supporting successful execution of key Performance cycle activities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Support year-end and other Performance cycle activities, including monitoring progress, identifying gaps and exceptions, and supporting follow-up activities.
- Run and review Workday Performance reports, including year-end review status, completion, rating and other cycle-related reports, to monitor progress across the organization.
- Analyze Performance data and reporting to identify trends, gaps, potential issues and areas requiring follow-up or attention.
- Partner with Talent Analysts and other HR stakeholders to support reporting, data validation, auditing and overall process execution.
- Support year-end rating monitoring and audit activities to help ensure required reviews and ratings are completed within established timelines.
- Leverage available tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to support analysis, summarize information, identify themes and trends, and improve efficiency where appropriate.
- Maintain trackers, documentation, resources and other materials needed to support Performance programs and key cycle activities.
- Assist with research, issue resolution, process improvements and other Performance initiatives and deliverables based on evolving business needs.
- Support other Performance-related projects, activities, and priorities as needed.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
