The Financial Analysis Advisor is responsible for working collaboratively internally and with external client partners contracted through ”Full Contracted Retail Value” arrangements. This individual will work closely with health plan retail network clients, account management teams, supply chain, financial client operations, and pricing to ensure all pricing-related contractual commitments are met. As an Advisor, you will manage large data tables and tools that measure client performance, develop tracking reports, and communicate any known risks or opportunities.

Responsibilities

→Completes pricing related activities for “Full Contracted Retail Value” transparent clients which include development of custom network pricing.
→Develops and maintains all price points on the client pricing files.
→Participates in coordination with Network Ops to ensure production price points reflect desired rates.
→Monitors and tracks client and provider performances.
→Builds monthly client accrual and reconciliation reporting for select clients.
→Completes financial assessment of re-contracted retail network rates.
→Designs and implements tools and financial models to support decision makers with forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
→Develops reporting for discussions around annual plan, monthly operating report, and mid-year projections. Meets collaboratively with clients to discuss any financial or operational issues or opportunities.
→Participates in client interaction to build relationship, direct strategy, and triage issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in Finance or Supply Chain
Experience in financial modeling and financial planning and analysis
Experience in PBM retail network pricing including client and/or provider guarantee management
Experience in SQL and managing/analyzing large data sets
Experience working cross functionally in a collaborative environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including macros
Comfort working in dynamic and deadline driven environments

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,800 - 161,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
