The Pharmacy Operations & Product Advisor supports operational continuity and product enablement through the coordination of operational, system, process, and business activities. The role works across Pharmacy, Provider Services, Care Navigation, and other internal and external partners to resolve operational issues, document business requirements, and support process and system improvements.


The Advisor analyzes operational challenges, coordinates supporting data and information, maintains key process and business continuity documentation, and prepares materials to support roadmap planning and business decisions. The role also supports teams through operational and system changes by identifying requirements, impacts, risks, and dependencies.

Working with limited direction, the Advisor applies sound judgment and business knowledge to manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and recommend practical solutions that improve operational effectiveness and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • →Coordinate operational issues, production escalations, defect investigations, root cause discussions, and resolution activities across internal teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders.
  • →Act as an operational liaison between pharmacy operations, Product, technology, external vendors, and business stakeholders to support issue resolution, process improvements, and operational readiness activities.
  • →Support administration of key operational systems, access management processes, and related business activities.
  • →Maintain process, operational, and disaster recovery documentation.
  • →Document business requirements, operational pain points, risks, process gaps, and enhancement opportunities.
  • →Coordinate operational data, metrics, and analysis to quantify challenges, measure outcomes, and support business and product decisions.
  • →Support process and system changes, including operational readiness, stakeholder communication, training coordination, and change management activities.
  • →Prepare process maps, presentations, reports, and decision-support materials.
  • →Support roadmap planning, prioritization and business case development through research, operational analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong business and operational analysis capabilities, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating system and operational issues, documenting processes and business requirements, analyzing operational challenges, supporting process changes and operational readiness, and preparing business case and roadmap materials.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
