Reporting to the Director of Benefits, you will be responsible for providing support to the team regarding process improvements, testing, integrations, and projects.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Support the Financial Accounting and Payroll teams in preparing the end-of-period process;
- Maintain required benefits documentation and assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and filings.
- Prepares reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR leadership related to benefits utilization, costs, and trends.
- Reviews reporting outputs for data issues, unusual changes, missing information, and process gaps; follows up with HR, Payroll, Finance, vendors, or employees to resolve issues.
- Validate the integrity of benefits data (insurance, retirement plan, group plans, share purchase plan, and EAP);
- Analyze employee choices regarding the selection of company-offered benefits at the national level and correct any identified anomalies;
- Analyze and prepare reconciliations of contributions to collective plans.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
We want you to join our team! Here's what we're looking for:
- DEC in Administrative Techniques, Accounting and Management, or another related field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance), or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and others);
- Excellent knowledge of OneNote and SharePoint;
- Be thorough, autonomous, show initiative, and have strong analytical skills;
- Ability to manage priorities while meeting deadlines;
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus;
- Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written, as the person will be required to work and communicate regularly in English while performing the tasks outlined above. Specifically, the role requires collaboration with global teams.
