• →Support fuel delivery reconciliation processes
• →Help to optimize fuel deliveries to Circle K customers and stations
• →Provide operational support to drivers and resolve fuel delivery related issues
• →Optimize delivery costs while ensuring uninterrupted fuel availability across the network
• →Perform other departmental tasks as assigned by the manager

• Degree in, or currently studying, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the logistics field
• Availability and willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to a rotating shift schedule
• Fluency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with colleagues across Europe
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Precise, organized and stress resistant personality;
• A proactive commitment to continuous improvement and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
