Maintains store image by painting interior and exterior of store buildings, gas canopies, parking lot stripes, and other structures. Installs and maintains interior graphics such as wall coverings and hanging signage. Leads a team of Image Technicians in performing daily preparation, painting, graphics installations, and cleanup of retail facilities throughout the region.

The Lead Image Technician is responsible for driving a company truck and trailer, transporting crew members, tools, and materials to various store locations, ensuring project efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.

This position is a Circle K designated safety-sensitive role.

• →High school diploma or GED preferred.
• →2-5 years of retail painting experience required; leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• →Experience in both interior and exterior painting and graphics installation.
• →Must be able to use both conventional and airless spray systems.
• →Must possess basic computer and email communication skills.
• →Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under company policy.
• →Must be able to safely drive and back up a truck with a trailer attached.
• →Requires traveling to store locations throughout the Arizona Division; some out-of-town travel and overnight stays may be required.
