Bartenders mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff.

- Serve clients with a pleasant attitude.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide timely service to all clients.
- Comply with all safety and food handling procedures and regulations.
- Ensure serving containers are full using the First In, First Out (FIFO) technique.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
- Keep bar clean and clutter free
Financial
- Eliminate waste wherever possible.
- Follow all cash handling procedures
