Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Perform general construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- → Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- → Assist with skilled trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or masonry as needed
- → Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and instructions
- → Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications
- → Load and unload construction materials and equipment
- → Maintain a clean and organized job site
- → Follow all safety regulations and company policies
- → Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience in construction or a related trade preferred
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in specific trades (e.g., carpentry, concrete, HVAC, or electrical)
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (forklifts, skid steers, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Outdoor and indoor construction sites
- Exposure to varying weather conditions and loud environments
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
Requirements
