Job Summary: |
Requires a working knowledge of Boys & Girls Club programs and procedures. The individual supervises volunteers, seasonal and part-time employees at all club sites as assigned. Must have flexible hours to be able to work on weekends and afternoons as assigned. Assists Vice President of Operations in developing organizational goals, attaining and allocating resources, and establishing policies, rules and regulation. Other responsibilities include implementing city wide special events, supervising, training and developing staff, marketing, general office administration duties, purchasing, and participant recruitment. |

Applicant must take and pass a pre-employment drug test administered by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Edinburg RGV expense. c. Must have a current valid class "C" driver's license from the Texas Department of Public Safety with a satisfactory driving record. d. Must have or obtain a Class B driver's license with passenger endorsement within 3 months of employment. e. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. |
