Seasonal Maintenance Worker I

The City of Troy, Missouri needs Seasonal Maintenance Workers to join our Parks and Cemetery Department! Work in a relaxing, natural environment!

This temporary position is from April 1 through October.The typical schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with occasional half-day weekend shifts. The pay range for this position is $16.96 - $18.26 per hour, DOQ. If this sounds like the opportunity for you, apply now!

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Seasonal Maintenance Worker, you'll maintain parks and cemetery grounds, including landscaping, turf management, and arboricultural activities. You'll use specialized mowers as well as hand/power tools for various projects. You'll clean and maintain various park buildings including pavilions, restrooms, food service areas, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years or older. Must have a Missouri Chauffeurs Driver's License. Experience with mowing equipment, general maintenance activities, and minor carpentry is preferred.
