he Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, support systems, and facility infrastructure. This role supports operational uptime by ensuring machinery, kilns, presses, furnaces, and other specialized equipment used in ceramic manufacturing are operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
~1 min readExperience with PLCs & fault finding, sensors, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical diagnosis and industrial control systems.
Familiarity with kilns, ovens, vacuum systems, or similar high-temperature processing equipment.
Nice to Have

Certification in electrical or mechanical systems (e.g., journeyman license, NCCER, etc.)
