Managing project teams of motivated and high-performing professionals across geographies, setting the approach, coaching the team, and ensuring high-quality, client-ready delivery and effective budget management;
Working with our clients in attracting public funding to support their innovation potential;
Understanding funding conditions and ensuring compliance throughout the project, while making strong recommendations to improve project quality and guiding clients towards optimal solutions;
Developing and managing projects and proposals for EE and EU-funded programs (EIC accelerator, Innovation Fund, LIFE, CEF, etc);
Takes ultimate ownership of full project content, consistently ensures high-quality delivery;
Supporting and guiding junior colleagues to grow and develop in proposal writing.
Experience with proposals writing in English language;
Experience with European financial instruments (e.g., EIC accelerator, Innovation Fund, LIFE, CEF, etc);
Degree or +4 years of relevant experience in a field such as business, sustainability, or engineering;
Fluency in English and Estonian language;
Leadership potential to build and develop a collaborative and high-performing team;
Ability to work in the office in Tallinn or Tartu 3 days/week.
