Clinical Forms Completion Specialist

• Medical office experience required   

• Licensed Practical Nurse/Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant or other certification preferred   

• EMR experience, preferred  

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills  

• Thorough and detail-oriented  

• Customer-orientated and professional disposition  

• Windows proficient  

• Ability to self-manage 

• Driven to complete tasks in a timely manner while multi-tasking
