Requirements

Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career)
Fast learner with excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to work under time constraints.
Focused on team character pillars: prepared, honest, teacher/learner
Typing- Data Entry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Focuses on a 24 HR response time to incoming requests and statuses
Build relationships with assigned requesters to achieve satisfactory service and precise workflows
Supports client advocates to achieve satisfactory client scores
Reduces inbound inquiries by providing outbound proactive communications.
