Maintenance Tech

• →Ensure operation and assist in limiting equipment downtime by performing inspections, documenting issues, creating parts lists and work orders, and performing tasks to address and eliminate noted issues.
• →Diagnose and repair machine breakdowns in a timely, professional manner
• →Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• →Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials
• →Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• →Work with other departments to ensure that all systems are running properly

• 2+ years’ experience with equipment maintenance, setup, and production or packaging equipment adjustments.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, kneel, and stretch for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and handle products.
• Pre-employment physical and drug test
• Ability to work at least 40 hrs per week, overtime and weekends as needed
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Reading wiring diagrams and electrical troubleshooting
• PLC & VFD troubleshooting is a plus
• Bilingual, English and Spanish skills preferred, but not required.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Driver's License (Required)
