Master's Clinician

• →Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field required.

• Master’s-level candidates must be eligible for independent licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW).
• Independent clinical licensure (LMHC or LICSW) is preferred.
• Licensure in Mental Health Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counseling, or another related health field may also be considered as appropriate.

• Three years of supervised clinical experience in a multidisciplinary treatment setting preferred.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation principles and the Recovery Model.

• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance and supervision to program staff.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to person-centered, recovery-oriented treatment and supporting individuals in taking an active role in their care.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required for external meetings and other program-related responsibilities.

As Lead Clinician, you’ll have the opportunity to influence both individual outcomes and the overall quality of clinical care within the Adult Day Treatment Center. You’ll work directly with the people we support while also serving as a clinical resource for the team, helping ensure treatment remains collaborative, recovery-focused, and responsive to each individual’s goals.
