Responsibilities

We’re building a talent pipeline for top-tier Senior Frontend Engineers who are eager to shape the future of user-facing experiences at Clara. If you're passionate about frontend architecture, modern React development, and seamless user interactions—and would like to be considered for future openings—this is the place to start.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll design and implement scalable web applications that are fast, secure, and visually consistent. You'll collaborate closely with product managersdesigners, and backend engineers to build features that balance technical excellence with business impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building high-quality user interfaces using ReactJavaScript, and TypeScript

  • Designing reusable frontend components with a strong focus on performance and scalability

  • Integrating with RESTful APIs and ensuring seamless backend communication

  • Maintaining visual and functional consistency across multiple applications

  • Writing tests with tools like JestReact Testing Library, or Cypress

  • Contributing to deployment and automation flows using RspackGitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Participating in design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring teammates

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScriptTypeScript, and component-based architecture

  • Hands-on experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with testing frameworks

  • Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies (ScrumKanban), and modern development workflows

  • Experience ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent styling across web applications

  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and support team development

  • Working proficiency in English 

  • Self-driven, impact-focused, and adaptable to change

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Node.js to enhance frontend-backend collaboration

  • Familiarity with AWS services like AmplifyS3, and CloudFront

  • Knowledge of Material UI or similar design systems

  • Understanding of OAuthOpenAPI, and Swagger

  • Background in secure or financial web application development

  • Interest in using AI tools to accelerate UI development and testing

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home.
