Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Advisor to join our growing team. This role is focused on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting customers throughout their journey, and ensuring every interaction with Everything Branded delivers an exceptional experience. You will work closely with our sales, procurement, and design teams to help customers move projects forward smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, problem solving, and delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound phone and chat requests from customers. Guide them to the correct department or offer a one-call solution where possible.
• Complete the customer journey for e-commerce orders placed on site.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer enquiries in a supportive, service-led manner
• Assist customers with product recommendations, artwork updates, delivery queries, and order progress
• Work closely with Account Managers and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for re-engagement
• Complete follow up service calls to customers after delivery for service check-ins and re-engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer records and updates within internal systems and CRM platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales and service environment
• Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or customer success preferred
• Experience using CRM systems and email communication platforms advantageous
