Internal Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to perform financial, operational, and compliance audits across the organization. This role helps evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements to support business objectives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  Lead or support the execution of financial, operational, and compliance audits in alignment with internal audit methodology, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases

  Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary background information and gain a thorough understanding of business processes and operational contexts

  Identify and document control deficiencies, root causes, and improvement recommendations using sound professional judgment, and assist in conducting special audits or investigations involving potential fraud, irregularities, or critical control failures

  Perform comprehensive pre-audit readings, including process mapping, data analysis, and identification of potential risk exposures

  Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured audit reports outlining key findings, root causes, associated risks, and recommended corrective and preventive actions

  Contribute to the enhancement of audit tools, procedures, and reporting standards

  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audit standards

• →

  Work independently with general guidance, allowing for significant initiative and independent judgment

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Internal or external audit experience is not required, but considered a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints

• Exceptional report writing skills with attention to detail and high accuracy

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure

• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively across teams

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
