• Proven experience in transcription with excellent accuracy and speed

• Strong research skills with the ability to gather information from multiple sources

• Proficiency in using transcription software/tools and familiarity with different audio/video formats

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining content quality

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team

• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience

• Previous experience in content research or a related field

• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques
