At least 5 years of experience in the electrical construction industry.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or foreman experience.
Proven ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong working knowledge of local, state, and National Electrical Codes (NEC).
Strong team-management skills with experience motivating field crews and managing workflow.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have
