Responsibilities

→Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
→ Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
→ COVID-19 Vaccine (two doses)
→ Immunization records for Mumps, Measles, Rubella, Varicella, and two-step TB skin test
→ N95 Mask Fit requirement
→ English fluency (oral and written) is a must
→ Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare security role
→ Certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) required (Applicants lacking these certifications may enroll in Paladin’s UOF/MOAB certification program prior to onboarding) Note: The UOF/MOAB certification training is unpaid but fully covered by Paladin, with a 6-month commitment to the position
