Security Guard Non Healthcare

• →Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
• → Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
• → Proof of two (2) doses of the COVID-19 vaccine
• → English fluency (oral and written)
• → Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
• → Applicants without these certifications may enroll in Paladin’s UOF/MOAB certification program prior to onboarding
• → Training costs are covered by Paladin with a 6-month commitment (training time is unpaid)
• → Authorized to legally work in Canada

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field
