The Utility Team Member supports the Utility Department and assists multiple departments as needed in a fast‑paced production environment.

• →Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the entire shift, including:
  • →Lifting, pushing, and pulling 50+ lbs continuously
  • →Standing, bending, and working on the floor for extended periods
• →Assist multiple departments based on daily priorities (task stacker)
• →Complete up to 3–4 home floors per day
• →Apply basic construction knowledge and precise measurement skills
• →Maintain attention to detail to ensure homes meet quality standards
• →Support internal and external teams as assigned

• Well‑rounded basic construction experience
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to adapt and work across departments
• Prior construction experience preferred
