ABOUT THE JOB

Clean Team Inc. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Janitorial Support Tech to join our Toledo team.

This is a full-time, daytime position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you're looking for steady weekday hours without evenings or weekends, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established commercial cleaning company.

As a Janitorial Support Tech, you will help maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities for our customers. This position requires someone who is dependable, pays attention to detail, can manage daily responsibilities efficiently, and takes pride in doing quality work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning and maintaining restrooms
• Cleaning breakrooms, offices, hallways, entrances, and common areas
• Emptying trash and recycling and replacing liners
• Restocking paper products, soap, sanitizer, and other supplies
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and notifying management when additional products are needed
• Assisting with floor care and other janitorial projects as needed
• Following company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Properly using and storing cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or facility concerns
• Completing assigned duties within the scheduled workday
• Communicating professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old
• Has a valid driver's license
• Has reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Is dependable and punctual
• Can work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Can work independently and manage assigned responsibilities
• Pays close attention to detail
• Has good communication and time-management skills
• Can follow cleaning procedures and safety requirements
• Is willing to assist with changing priorities and additional cleaning needs when necessary
• Has previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
