Clean Team Inc. is currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Beech Grove, Indiana.

As a member of the Clean Team, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing quality commercial cleaning services that support both our customers and their employees.

Responsibilities

→Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas
→Empty trash and replace liners
→Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
→Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces
→Maintain entrances, hallways, and other shared spaces
→Follow established cleaning procedures and company quality standards
→Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management
→Maintain a professional appearance while representing Clean Team

Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following:

Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent attendance and reliability
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
Ability to perform routine physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
