Job Title: Part-Time Evening Cleaner - Commercial Cleaning

Location: Caro, MI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Part-time evening hours

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure our client facilities are kept in pristine condition.   Routine Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces across office areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces.

  Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, countertops, and office equipment using approved cleaning agents.

  Trash & Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal and recycling procedures are followed.

  Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors; restock soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper supply.

  Specialized Floor Care: Utilize commercial vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, or mop equipment to maintain pristine floor surfaces.

  Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety standards, chemical handling guidelines (SDS), and company protocols while wearing required protective equipment (PPE).

  Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need reordering.

• Experience: Prior experience in cleaning, custodial, or commercial janitorial work is a plus, but not required-we are happy to provide complete hands-on training to the right candidate!

• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and high standards for cleanliness and organization.

• Reliability: Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35-50 lbs throughout your shift.

• Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening prior to employment.
