• →Safely installs production material on bulletins, posters, and other advertising products (e.g., vinyl products on billboards).
• →Ensures proper safety and incident procedures are followed.
• →Inspects site and reports any issues such as tree blockage or structure issues.  Reports such issues via mobile platform (i.e., iOS or Android).
• →Maintain sites, trim trees and shrubs, paint signs, clear debris, etc.
• →Reports any landlord issues or complaints.
• →Uses company-issued equipment and systems to review work instructions and input data after job is completed.
• →Takes photographs of completed job as needed.
• →Performs standard warehousing activities (e.g., receiving, shipping, etc.) as they pertain to billboard copy material, billboard components, and other equipment.
• →Other duties as assigned or requested.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.

• Minimum one year of related work experience (e.g., light/medium construction, work in a delivery-type role)

• Climbing structures (up to100 feet or higher) is required.
• Capable of utilizing mobile platforms to perform day-to-day tracking of work tasks, reporting issues, taking photographs, completing forms, and inputting hours worked. 
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook mail.
• Is highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Regularly required to lift, pull, push, or position heavy objects, ladders, ropes, pulleys, material, and other equipment in excess of 75 pounds.
• Climb ladders and stairs and work at heights of 100 feet or more.
• Walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor, sometimes under adverse conditions.
• This job is performed in an outside environment.  May be seasonally exposed to heat, cold, and humidity as well as marked changes in temperature.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Other Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, CDL Class preferred. 
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
